How UNIABUJA Calculates Your Aggregate Score

The University of Abuja calculates your aggregate score by combining your JAMB score (which is 50% of the total score) and the Post-UTME score (which is 30% of the total score), and then adding the O’Level result (which is 20% of the total score).

It divides the JAMB score 8, while the Post-UTME score divides by 2. The O’Level result’s calculationis based on the number of credits you obtained, with a maximum of 20 points.

The university then adds the three scores together to give your total aggregate score, which its uses to determine your admission into the university.

For example, if you have a JAMB score of 250, a Post-UTME score of 70, and 15 credits in O’Level, your aggregate score becomes (250/8) + (70/2) + 15 = 31.25 + 35 + 15 = 81.25.
