To be eligible for the SLU 2024/2025 Post-UTME form, you are to meet the following criteria:
- Score a Minimum of 140 in UTME: Ensure your UTME score is at least 140 to qualify for the SLU Post-UTME screening.
- Select SLU as your first choice: Verify that you selected SLU as your first choice during the UTME registration. If you chose another institution, apply for a change of institution and make your first choice “SLU”
- Possess the minimum of 5 O’level credits: Have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Meet the age requirement: Ensure that you are at least 16 years old, which is the minimum age required by the university for admission.
- Prepare the required documents: Prepare all necessary documents, including your UTME result slip, O’Level certificates, and other relevant credentials.
How to Apply for SLU Post-UTME 2024 Exam
To apply for the SLUPost UTME exam, you are required to follow this processes;
- Visit the SLU application portal.
- Navigate to admissions to select Post UTME or Direct Entry Registration.
- Log in using your JAMB registration number and UTME score ( if you are a Post-UTME applicant) or DE number, state of origin, and gender (if you are a DE applicant) and upload your passport-sized photograph.
- Update your profile with the required accurate information.
- Upload your ‘O’ Level Examinations results, maximum of two sittings, and save the information.
- Upload a clean, clear scanned copy of your SSCE statement of result (if you are a UTME candidate) or SSCE result and ‘A’ Level Result (for DE candidates).
- Pay the Post-UTME/DE Screening Fee of N2,000.00 (exclusive of REMITA charges) via any Commercial Bank, Debit Card, or Remita Website.
- Generate, download, and print the “Acknowledgement Slip” to complete your registration.
Modality of SLU 2024 Post-UTME Exam
Type: The exam is going to be conducted as a Computer-based test (CBT).

Structure: The SLU 2024 Post-UTME Exam is a 1-hour computer-based test (CBT) comprising four subjects selected by you upon registration. The exam consists of 40 questions in total, with 10 questions per subject. Each correct answer is worth 2.5 marks, and there is no penalty for incorrect answers. You are required to complete all questions within the given time frame (1 hour)
