The JSS 2 Physical and Health Education scheme of work is designed to offer students a comprehensive understanding of both health and physical activity. 

In the first term, students explore pathogen-related diseases, their prevention, and treatment, alongside engaging in sports like discus, shot put, and swimming. 

Personal hygiene, sanitation, and physical fitness are also highlighted. 

In the second term, the focus shifts to recreational activities, computer games, striking games such as table tennis and tennis, as well as first aid, safety education, and personal health.
