  • Choose the correct JAMB subject combination for your course: Ensure you select the appropriate JAMB subject combination that aligns with your desired course of study at FUPRE.
  • Score at least 150 in the just concluded JAMB UTME examination: You must have achieved a minimum score of 150 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to be considered for admission into FUPRE.
  • Be the age of 16 or above: You must be at least 16 years old by the time of admission to be eligible for FUPRE’s undergraduate programs.
  • Select FUPRE as your first choice of institution: Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) must be your first choice of institution in your JAMB UTME registration to be eligible for the Post-UTME screening.
  • Possess five O’ Level credits at one or two sittings (including English Language and Mathematics) or, are awaiting results: You must have a minimum of five credits in the Ordinary Level Credits in a maximum of two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics, or be awaiting results that will meet this requirement.

How to Apply for FUPRE 2024/2025 Post-UTME Exam

Here’s how to apply for FUPRE 2024/2025 Post-UTME Exam in 6 steps:

  • Launch Your Browser: Open your web browser and navigate to the FUPRE website. (https://utme.fupre.edu.ng/panel/)
  • Generate Invoice: Locate the ‘Post-UTME’ section, click on ‘generate invoice’ for your payment details, and enter your JAMB registration number.
  • Fill in Personal Details: Fill in your personal details as required, and follow the on-page instructions to complete the payment for your application.
  • Complete Application Form: After successful payment, click on ‘application form’ to provide additional screening information, enter your JAMB number, and fill in the required information.
  • Print Out Registration Slip: Upon completion, print out your Post-UTME Registration slip in color.
  • Wait for Screening Date: Wait for the Post-UTME screening date, which is going to be communicated via email and phone number provided during the application process.

Type: FUPRE 2024 Post-UTME Exam is a Computer-based test ( CBT)

Structure: The FUPRE Post-UTME exam lasts 1 hour, featuring multiple-choice questions with 4 options. Each correct answer is worth 1 mark, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The total marks are 100, with a passing mark of 50%.
